Construction Project Manager, QSR Program

Sevan is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) new build program for a global brand. This role is part of our program management team and serves as an extension of the owner’s team, overseeing general contractors, designers, and vendors across multiple projects.

The Project Manager is responsible for full lifecycle delivery of multi-site ground-up and remodel projects, from preconstruction through closeout.

This is a remote-based position with recurring travel (40–60%) to project sites across Kansas, Oklahoma, and western Arkansas, including regular site visits. Occasional multi-shift work may be required to support active retail environments and aggressive schedules. Candidates must reside in Southeast Kansas, Bentonville, AR, or the Tulsa, OK area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-site ground-up and remodel projects from bid and permit through closeout
  • Oversee preconstruction activities including bidding, scheduling, and permitting
  • Direct field execution and monitor contractor performance to ensure schedule and budget adherence
  • Review drawings, scopes, and specifications for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage change orders, invoicing, and project financial tracking
  • Lead punch lists and project closeout documentation
  • Provide weekly status reporting and proactive issue resolution
  • Communicate project risks related to cost, schedule, quality, and safety
  • Represent Sevan in client meetings and maintain strong contractor and vendor relationships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 5–10 years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Multi-site rollout experience required; QSR/restaurant experience highly preferred
  • 5+ years managing restaurant, fast food, or quick serve commercial projects
  • Strong working knowledge of construction technology platforms (Procore, Smartsheet, Buildertrend, etc.)
  • Ability to travel 40–60% regionally

Pay & Benefits: The anticipated compensation range for the position is $115,000 - $125,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, and a matching 401K plan.
